Event Catering

A meeting is established to discuss the exact needs of your party. Some simple questions need to be answered.

• What is the day and time of your event?
• How many people do you expect?

When the simple things are answered, we will try and understand what “kind” of event you’re having; is it an outdoor barbeque, a basement Super Bowl party?

Understanding what you’re celebrating is usually a good indication of what you're expecting. This is the time the menu will be discussed and if there are any suggestions you request.

Once the menu is finalized and the date has arrived, 38 Gourmet will come to your location, always fully prepared to ensure an enjoyable experience, clean up, and leave your kitchen with the aroma of fresh home cooking.

The Lunch Box

If you’re interested in gathering your co-workers together for a mid-week lunch or you need to host a meeting they will not soon forget, have 38 Gourmet arrange to help.

• Mouthwatering, Homemade Soups - Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato, Minestrone with Pesto and Butternut Squash
• Focaccia Sandwich Tray - Ham and Swiss and Turkey and Provelone, both topped with 38's sandwich sauce and arugula.
• Salads - Mixed greens tossed with balsamic vinaigrette or grainy mustard dressing.
• Deserts - Homemade Tiramisu or Assorted Pastry Tray from Regency Bakery and Deli

Personal Chef Service

38 Gourmet will provide you with the time-saving convenience of planning and preparing your individual meals or party catering needs.

After a personal consultation to determine the client’s preferences and any special requests, 38 Gourmet will prepare an individual meal plan specifically tailored to each client. At this time, a day will be arranged for 38 to prepare the meals at the client’s home.

On that day, 38 Gourmet will arrive at the client’s house with our own cookware and tools, and the fresh, quality ingredients needed to create your menu.

All of the meals will be packaged and labeled, complete with storing and heating instructions all in re-sealable containers

The client's kitchen will be left clean with the aromas of mouth-watering cusine.
